Si por cualquier motivo el cliente no queda conforme con su pedido, podr\u00e1 solicitar una devoluci\u00f3n dentro de los plazos establecidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuestro objetivo es ofrecer un proceso claro, sencillo y transparente, manteniendo siempre una atenci\u00f3n cercana y personalizada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Derecho de devoluci\u00f3n.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El cliente dispone de un plazo de 14 d\u00edas naturales desde la recepci\u00f3n del pedido para solicitar una devoluci\u00f3n, conforme a la normativa vigente de comercio electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Condiciones de devoluci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para que una devoluci\u00f3n pueda ser aceptada, los productos deber\u00e1n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estar en perfecto estado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No haber sido utilizados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conservar su embalaje original<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantener etiquetas, accesorios y elementos incluidos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No se aceptar\u00e1n devoluciones de productos que hayan sido usados, manipulados indebidamente o da\u00f1ados por causas ajenas al transporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proceso de devoluci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para iniciar una devoluci\u00f3n, el cliente deber\u00e1 contactar con ELENOR indicando:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>N\u00famero de pedido<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nombre completo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivo de la devoluci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fotograf\u00edas del producto en caso de da\u00f1os o incidencias<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez aprobada la solicitud, se facilitar\u00e1n las instrucciones necesarias para completar el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gastos de devoluci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los gastos de env\u00edo derivados de devoluciones correr\u00e1n a cargo del cliente, salvo en casos de productos defectuosos, da\u00f1ados o enviados incorrectamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reembolsos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez recibido el producto y comprobado su estado, se proceder\u00e1 al reembolso correspondiente mediante el mismo m\u00e9todo de pago utilizado en la compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El tiempo de procesamiento puede variar dependiendo de la entidad bancaria o plataforma de pago utilizada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-default\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Productos defectuosos o incorrectos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si el cliente recibe un producto defectuoso, da\u00f1ado o distinto al solicitado, deber\u00e1 comunicarlo en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 48 horas desde la recepci\u00f3n del pedido para poder gestionar la incidencia adecuadamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En estos casos, ELENOR asumir\u00e1 los costes derivados de la sustituci\u00f3n o devoluci\u00f3n del producto.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En ELENOR queremos que cada compra sea una experiencia satisfactoria.
